 All five of our one, two and three bedroom carpeted adobe and frame houses
are completely furnished with living rooms and kitchens, television, heating and
cooling systems and some have cozy fireplaces. Private baths and all bed sizes are
available. Five RV spaces with full hook-ups are available seasonally in a tree
studded area of the grounds. Central laundry facilities available for all guests.
The Inn does have a three night minimum stay unless coupled with additional houses.
Two night stays are accepted with a cleaning surcharge. |
 The San Pedro River Inn provides a conference
area for small meetings and weddings. Outdoors, with or without tents, the Inn can
host up to 150.Local caterers can provide excellent meal service at the Inn, and
there are many excellent restaurants in Sierra Vista and Bisbee. A large collection
of books and magazines are provided in the conference center, as well as in the
guest houses. |
 Outdoors, guests can enjoy fishing, horseshoes and picnic areas on our
twenty acres of trees and lawn. The fifty trees on our property, including a cluster
of magnificent cottonwoods, provide great birding opportunities. The San Pedro River
riparian area, which supports over 300 species of birds, 80 species of mammals and
over 40 species of reptile and amphibians, is approximately a five minute walk from
the Inn. Our own beautiful ponds host a variety of wildlife and birds for guest's
viewing pleasure. Temperature averages here range between summer highs of mid 90s
and winter lows of 32. |
 We are open year 'round. A complimentary continental breakfast featuring
herbal teas, flavored coffees, cereal, fruit, juice and breads are provided in the
guest quarters for your first morning. Although we provide no additional food, our
kitchens are well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffeemakers, stoves,
fridges, coffee, tea, basic spices, condiments etc.
Well supervised children
are welcome in the individual units. There is a tree house for use with well supervised
parental attention, and a tire swing in one of the huge cottonwood trees. Pets are
not allowed inside houses, but two runs and a 3 acre pen are available for outdoor
dogs by prior arrangement. There is a resident dog. Smoking is restricted to designated
outdoor areas.

 The Inn offers facilities for horse owners who would like to ride the 57,00
acres of the San Pedro RNCA. We have individual corrals as well as a 3 acre and
a 12 acre pasture. We provide secure parking for vehicles, trailers and tack for
day, overnight, or extended rides. Call for rates. |
