San Pedro River Inn


The Eagles Roost is our original owners residence and is very large, comfortable and family oriented.

The living room is spacious and cool in the summer and cozy and warm in the winter. There is also a small dining room off the kitchen that can seat up to six very comfortably.
The house has two bed rooms and two full baths. One bath even has it's own private outside entrance. The master suite has three beds and can sleep two or up to five individuals.

RATES:
1 B/R / 1 or 2 guests $175
1 B/R / 3 - 4 guests $200
2 B/R / 3 - 4 guests $220
2 B/R / 5 - 6 guests $250

All rates are "Plus Tax". Three night minimum stay applies unless coupled with additional houses. A continental breakfast will be in your house at check-in for your first morning. No other food is provided.
